4. Assist the department manager in organizing the preparation, review, and implementation of management, technical, operational procedures, and validation documents for the department;
5. Assist the department manager in organizing or coordinating the resolution of production technical issues and process issues;
6. Assist the department manager in organizing training for production employees on processes, technologies, and pharmaceutical regulations;
7. Assist the department manager in communicating and coordinating work within the department or with other departments;
8. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
